The classic double room had a comfortable bed and included complimentary wireless internet and a safe for valuables.

I really enjoyed staying at this brand-new hotel because of the charming ambience. View was superb, breakfast was satisfactory, and beds were comfortable. The rooms were large and the staff was top-class.

The unit we got was decent sized with big bathtub, kettle, a beautiful view.

The location in the old town area was wonderful, close to public transport, shopping centers, restaurants, and the city center.

You absolutely cannot beat the location of this hotel. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are too. Turn-down service is probably the best in Europe-a bottle of water and a quality chocolate per person. The staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is quite good and the fact that they'll deliver it to your room is amazing.

The ac is not adequate enough to make sleeping under the down blanket comfortable. The bath towels are way too small and cheap.

Excellent location, perfectly designed rooms, very friendly and well-english-spoken staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who would like to go to Riga and be in the heart of Oldtown. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next stay as I'm a person who always visits Riga, very often.

The only thing about hotel which I dont like was the prices of the beverages in minibar. The prices will be definitely high as you are staying in a good hotel, but, the prices shouldn't be skyrocketing.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the starting point of walking tours and the center of Old Riga. Easy access to public transport, malls, and restaurants made it a great choice for exploring the city. - the Riga Old Town district nearby was definitely a must-visit.

The location in the middle of the Old Town is fantastic. All the staff in the hotel was extremelly nice and helpful. If I go back to Riga, I'd definetely visit this hotel.

I was expecting a more variety breakfast.

The place was clean and the staff at the reception desk was attentive and diligent.

Breakfasts were not up to 5 star standard. Everything else about the hotel was 1st class.
